Healing is not about fixing what is broken.
It’s about restoring what has always been there.
Hi, I’m Lindsey, owner of Hearthspring Intensives and a trauma therapist specializing in intensives designed to help clients process trauma in days instead of weeks. I work with individuals who are ready for focused, meaningful healing, people who are tired of just surviving and ready to experience relief and THRIVE.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply intentional. Trauma changes the nervous system, relationships, and self-perception, and I am committed to helping you find peace.
Healing requires more than insight. It requires safety, structure, and the right pace.

That’s what I create.
My Philosophy
I believe:
-
Trauma responses are adaptive, not defective
-
Your nervous system is not your enemy
-
Healing accelerates when we create sustained space for it
-
Hope is not naïve — it is restorative
